Specialty Food Stores
Urban areas may have old style food stores that sell just one type of item: fruit stands, butchers, cheese stores, fish stores, etc. Many of these establishments are in ethnic areas and serve particular ethnic groups. Specialty and gourmet shops can be found in major cities and shopping centers. Food here is high quality and expensive, often hard to find or imported.
